Terms of service

Daybreak is a private personal project provided solely for its owner's use.

Purpose

Daybreak provides informational briefings derived from read-only mail and calendar access. It is not a system of record and its summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate. Important information should be confirmed against the original Gmail message or Google Calendar event.

Authorized use

Access is limited to accounts and infrastructure authorized by the owner. The service may not be used to access another person's data or for unlawful activity.

Availability

Daybreak is provided as-is, without warranties or a promise of continuous availability. Access may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Google services

Use of Gmail and Google Calendar remains subject to the owner's agreements with Google. Daybreak is independent of and is not endorsed by Google.
